Home Stagging and Preparation – allow us to get your home and property ready for you upon your arrival. This allows you to simply enjoy the lake without working at the lake.
Includes: blowing off your exterior concrete, driveways, walkways, and decking. Blow off your walkout to your boat, boat house, boat dock.
Remove all cobwebs around the home.
Spread mulch or pine straw.
Enter the home and set temperatures and remove cobwebs, bugs, etc.
Turn on your water source at the street if you turn it off consistently.
Freshen up the home – not a deep clean but tidy up.
Turn on Hot Tub and set temperature.
Run a skimming net over the pool – empty the skimmer basket.
Any other prepping you might need.

We provide weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly scheduled cleaning and detailing services for your boats, pontoons, and/or jet skis.
These routinely scheduled services include 1 wax and buff for the year as well as multiple hybrid shine applications during that year. This product enhances the shine of your vessel while adding additional UV protection to your vessel.
This not only keeps your vessel looking great but it allows us to fight off your spiders, birds, insects, bees, and wasps for you.
